Most organizations that employ people have individuals referred to as executives and administrators to manage and lead them.
The Academy of Executives and Adminstrators has evolved to encourage research into the education needs of people working in these roles.

It encourages senior operational executives and senior administrators in various fields to publish and present papers in their field of expertise.

Its emphasis is on applied knowledge which makes this academy unique.

Our Objectives

*To research the education requirements for existing and future executives and administrators.

* To encourage education in executive and administration skills.

* To advocate for research into the current and future skills and knowledge needs of executives and administrators.

Membership Grades

Life Research Associate

This membership is for education and training practitioners who wish to contribute to the development of education and training for Executives and Administrators.

Life Research Fellow

This membership is for people who would like to carry out research into a topic area.

Life Senior Research Fellow

This membership is for those who have published works in the field of Executive and Administrator education or are senior Teachers in the field.

Life Doctoral Research Fellow

This is for Doctorate members who research a topic for Executive and Administrator education.

Life Professorial Research Fellow

This membership is limited to five per calendar year and to be considered for this award the person must be invited by the Academic Advisory Council.
